Sara Lahti was born and raised in the Iron Range of northern Minnesota until the age of 6 when her father got a job in Minneapolis. She spent the majority of her early life dancing on stage, competing, locally and nationally.
Her love for the stage made an easy transition into the world of theater when she began to study acting for fun in high school.
She continued on the acting path discovering she had a deep passion for filmmaking, which carried her to Los Angeles, CA shortly after graduation. She spent 8 years in Tinsel Town training and working both in front and behind the camera in various independent feature films and projects.
Sara spent the past 5 years back in Minneapolis. She put her hard work and hands-on Hollywood training to use by; producing, writing, directing, and acting in film, television, and the theater until the winters became too long and unbearable.
She is happy to be back in Los Angeles and loving the sunshine as she gets reacquainted into a city she has always felt like home.
Her goal is to continue to work in the industry that she loves, travel to more parts of the world, hold her own art show, publish a novel or two, and someday own a ranch by her favorite beach in Malibu.
